  • 1 pound ground beef (90/10)
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups beef panko
  • 1/3 cup diced yellow onion
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your pellet grill to 225 degrees F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine both types of ground beef, beef panko, egg, diced onion, chopped parsley, heavy cream, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on a perforated grill tray.
  4. Cook in the preheated grill for 2 to 3 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F.
  5. Allow the meatloaf to rest for about 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
