  • 1 tablespoon red apple vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Bring salted water to a boil in a large pot. Add the tortellini and cook according to package directions. Drain and let cool.
