  • 3 ounces ricotta cheese

  • 1 shallot (minced)

Instructions

  1. Cook turkey strips in a skillet over medium heat until crispy (about 10 minutes). Drain excess fat.
  2. Boil water in a large pot, then cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cool water.
