  • 3 tsp cornstarch
  • 1½ tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp onion powder
  • 3/4 tsp mustard powder
  • 3 tsp poppy seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta: Boil salted water in a large pot, add bow tie pasta, and cook until al dente. Drain and cool.
  2. Prepare the dressing: In a small saucepan, whisk together water, vinegar, honey, olive oil, cornstarch, salt, onion powder, mustard powder, and poppy seeds. Heat over medium until boiling; then remove from heat and cool.
  3. Assemble the salad: In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta, chopped spinach, and sliced strawberries. Pour the dressing over and gently toss to combine.
