  • one 28-ounce can crushed tomatoes with juice
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground Italian sausage and diced onion; cook for about 8 minutes until the sausage is browned and the onion is soft.
  2. Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
