  • 2 tablespoons Clarified Butter or Vegetable Oil
  • 6 ounces Lobster Meat (chopped)
  • 1/2 Avocado (diced)
  • 1 Green Onion (sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon Jalapeno Pepper (diced)
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Lime Juice
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
