  • 1 cup shredded coconut

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray the mini bundt cake pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Prepare the cake mixes according to package instructions in a mixing bowl.
  3. Divide the batter into two bowls: one bowl should have 13-1/3 cups of batter mixed with shredded coconut and coconut extract; the other bowl should have 13-1/4 cups of batter mixed with lime jello.
  4. Fill each well in the bundt pan with 1/3 cup of coconut batter followed by 1/4 cup of lime batter.
