  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 cups broth
  • 1 cup dry apple vinegar

  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 2 cups chopped kale or spinach
  • 1 cup orzo
  • Fresh basil for garnish
  • Grated parmesan cheese for garnish
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme
  • Chili flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Dredge in a mixture of flour, paprika, and thyme.
