  • 2 x 190g packets all-butter croissants, cut in half horizontally
  • 500g ready-made custard
  • 250ml milk
  • 350g lemon curd
  • Icing sugar for serving
  • Pouring cream for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cut each croissant in half horizontally and arrange them in a baking dish, cut side up.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the custard and milk until smooth, then stir in the lemon curd.
  4. Pour the custard mixture evenly over the croissants, allowing them to soak for 10–15 minutes.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 35 minutes until set and golden on top.
  6. Dust with icing sugar before serving warm with pouring cream.
