  • 23 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup sugar-free BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Clean and pat dry the chicken. Arrange it in a single layer on a baking tray.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and season generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
