  • For the Dry Rub: 1 tablespoon seasoning salt, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, 1/4 teaspoon onion powder, 1/4 teaspoon chile powder, 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper, 1/8 teaspoon ground turmeric, 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
  • For the Basting Sauce: 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon canola oil, 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, juice of one lemon, 1 drop liquid smoke (optional), 1/2 cup BBQ sauce

Instructions
