  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 large red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 large red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces

Instructions

  1. Prepare the marinade by combining olive oil, garlic, soy sauce, Worcestershire Sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper in a mason jar. Shake well to mix.
  2. Marinate the beef: Place beef cubes in a bowl, pour the marinade over them, toss to coat evenly, cover, and refrigerate for at least two hours (up to twelve hours).
  3. Assemble the skewers by alternating pieces of marinated beef with bell pepper and onion.
  4. Preheat the grill to 400°F.
  5. Grill the skewers for about 2-3 minutes per side until they reach an internal temperature of at least 145°F.
