  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 small clove garlic, grated
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Thinly sliced red onion
  • Chopped cucumbers

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté chopped onion until softened, then add minced garlic.
