  • 2 lb chicken thighs or breasts, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 8 tablespoons butter
  • 810 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon dry ranch seasoning
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, mix salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Toss the cubed chicken with avocado oil and the spice mix in a Ziploc bag.
  3. Thread the seasoned chicken onto the soaked skewers tightly.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt butter and garlic together. Stir in parmesan cheese, ranch seasoning, and parsley; reserve some sauce for basting.
  5. Air fry skewers at 400°F for about 11-13 minutes total, basting midway through cooking.
  6. Serve warm with any remaining sauce.
