Instructions

  1. Dice strawberries, kiwi, mango, pineapple, and optional apple. Combine all diced fruits with blueberries and chopped mint in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add honey and lime juice to the mixture, gently tossing until combined. Cover and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes.
