  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • M&M candies for decorating

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix and flour. Add melted butter, egg, egg yolk, and vanilla; mix until a dough forms.
  3. Roll dough into balls, coat in sugar, and place in a greased muffin tin. Press down in the center to form cups.
  4. Bake for about 14 minutes or until edges are lightly golden. Cool slightly before transferring to a cooling rack.
  5. For the ganache filling, heat white chocolate chips and heavy cream in a saucepan over low heat until melted and smooth.
  6. Once cooled, fill each cookie cup with ganache and top with two M&Ms.
