  • 1 medium yellow onion (chopped)
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup Mexican crema
  • 3 pounds fresh tomatoes (or canned)
  • 2 cups shredded chicken breast
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 2/3 cup shredded Mexican cheese
