  • 12 ounces rotini or fusilli pasta
  • 8 slices turkey bacon, cooked crisp and chopped
  • 1 ½ cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 3 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup buttermilk (or whole milk)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp dried chives
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook turkey bacon until crispy; chop into pieces.
  3. Whisk together dressing ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
  4. In a large bowl, combine pasta with turkey bacon, cherry tomatoes, lettuce, green onions, and cheese. Add dressing and toss to coat.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes before serving.
