  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon room temperature butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 5.85 ounces instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • Hot fudge topping (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed pretzels, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish and bake for about 10 minutes until lightly browned; allow to cool.
  2. In another bowl, beat together cream cheese, peanut butter, room temperature butter, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in whipped cream and spread over the cooled pretzel crust.
  3. Whisk together instant chocolate pudding mix and whole milk until thickened. Pour over the peanut butter layer.
