Ingredients

  • Refrigerated pie crust
  • Daisy Sour Cream
  • Egg yolks
  • Sugar
  • Cherry pie filling
  • Blueberry pie filling
  • Milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Roll out one pie crust and fit it into a 9” pie plate. Roll out the second crust and cut decorative shapes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Daisy Sour Cream, 2 egg yolks, and sugar until smooth. Spread this mixture over the bottom of the pie crust.
  3. Layer cherry pie filling over two-thirds of the crust and blueberry pie filling over the remaining third.
  4. Use cut-out dough pieces to decorate the top. Mix the remaining egg yolk with milk and brush over the crust.
  5. Bake on a baking sheet for 60-70 minutes until golden brown. Cool for 1 hour before serving.
