Instructions

  1. Wash the assorted salad greens under cool water and spin dry or pat with paper towels.
  2. Peel the oranges, remove any seeds if necessary, and cut them into sections.
  3. Thinly slice the apple and set aside.
  4. In a small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients: fresh orange juice, chicken sparkling grape juice vinegar, dijon mustard, honey, minced shallot, and olive oil.
