  • 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar (for topping)
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  2. Bake the crust for 10 minutes; remove from oven and let cool slightly.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream, flour, vanilla, and cinnamon; mix until combined.
  4. Gradually add eggs on low speed until just incorporated.
  5. Pour filling into the cooled crust, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar topping, and bake for 55-65 minutes until set but slightly jiggly.
  6. Cool in the pan before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight. Serve chilled.
