  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1 small head of cabbage
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Slice the sausage into rounds. Peel and dice the potatoes. Chop the cabbage, slice the onion, and mince the garlic.
  2. In a slow cooker, combine sliced sausage, diced potatoes, chopped cabbage, sliced onion, and minced garlic.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika (optional), and dried thyme.
  4. Pour in chicken broth until ingredients are lightly covered.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until everything is tender.
