  • 5 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1.5 cups cooked corn kernels
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 cup half-and-half
  • 4 oz feta cheese (crumbled)
  • Fresh cilantro
  • 2 small limes

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients by peeling shrimp, cooking corn, and chopping vegetables.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt olive oil and butter. Sauté onions until translucent; add garlic and cook until fragrant.
