  • 12 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoons whipping cream

  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat softened butter with granulated and brown sugars until fluffy.
  4. Add egg, egg yolk, vanilla extract, and red food coloring; mix well.
  5. Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet mixture until just incorporated.
  6. Fold in white chocolate chips.
  7. Pour batter into the prepared pan; bake for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
