  • 1 orange pepper (diced)
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients: slice chicken, onions, orange pepper; mince garlic; dice jalapeño; shred cabbage.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry until cooked through (about 5-7 minutes). Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté onion until softened (about 3 minutes). Add garlic and jalapeño; cook for an additional minute.
  4. Add shredded cabbage and diced orange pepper to the skillet, then pour in chicken stock, oyster sauce, and soy sauce. Stir well and cook for another 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
