  • 1/4 cup raisins

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, bring vegetable broth to a boil. Stir in couscous and remove from heat. Cover and let sit for 5 minutes.
