4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
8 slices turkey or beef bacon
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 oz cream cheese
1 Tbsp ranch seasoning mix
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional garnish)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly oil an oven-safe skillet.
In a mixing bowl, combine shredded mozzarella, softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth.
Cut pockets into the chicken breasts and fill each pocket with the cheese mixture without overfilling.
Wrap the stuffed chicken breasts in turkey or beef bacon.
Heat olive oil in the skillet over medium-high heat and sear each breast for about 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
