  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup ketchup (for meatloaf)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (for meatloaf)
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar (for glaze)
  • 1/2 cup ketchup (for glaze)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, eggs, milk, breadcrumbs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and season with salt and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan.
  4. For the glaze, mix brown sugar, ketchup, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat until smooth.
  5. Spoon half of the glaze over the meatloaf and bake for 40 minutes.
  6. Add the remaining glaze on top and bake for another 15–20 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  7. Let it rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
