  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • 6 ounces dark chocolate (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Prepare a 9-inch springform pan by wrapping the outside with aluminum foil.
  3. Combine crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter; press into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add sour cream, instant coffee powder, and eggs one at a time, mixing just until combined.
  6. Pour filling over the crust and place the pan in a larger baking dish filled with hot water.
