  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)

  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook salmon for about 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. Pour the glaze over the salmon during the last 2 minutes of cooking, spooning some over the top as it thickens.
  4. Meanwhile, steam broccoli florets until tender-crisp (about 4–5 minutes).
  5. Serve glazed salmon alongside steamed broccoli, drizzling any extra glaze on top.
