  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp garlic (minced)
  • 1 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1/4 cup parmesan (shredded)
  • 1 8-10 oz can artichokes (diced)
  • 1 10 oz bag organic frozen spinach (defrosted and squeezed)
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Grated parmesan (to sprinkle on top)
  • Mozzarella (to sprinkle on top)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add minced garlic.
  3. Stir in shredded mozzarella, parmesan, diced artichokes, defrosted spinach, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish or cast iron skillet. Sprinkle additional mozzarella and parmesan on top.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly. Broil for an extra 2 minutes if desired for a golden finish.
