  • 2 cinnamon sticks

  • Ice
  • 2 ounces (1/4 cup) lemon juice
  • 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) coffee-flavored syrup
  • 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) gingerbread syrup (or more, to taste)
  • 12 ounces (24 tablespoons) heavy cream
  • Cinnamon and sugar mixture for rimming the glass
  • Mini gingerbread cookies
  • Ground cinnamon or nutmeg for dusting

Instructions

  1. Make the Gingerbread Syrup: In a saucepan, combine water, honey (or maple syrup), molasses, sliced ginger, cinnamon sticks, and vanilla extract. Bring to boil, then simmer for 5 minutes. Strain and cool.
  2. Prepare the Cocktail: Fill a shaker with ice and add lemon juice, coffee-flavored syrup, gingerbread syrup, and heavy cream. Shake until well chilled.
