  • 23 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and prepare your bundt pan by greasing and flouring it.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to cream together the butter, vegetable oil, and granulated sugar until the mixture is pale and fluffy.
  4. Beat in each egg one at a time into the butter mixture.
