  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs

  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a loaf pan or baking sheet.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until just blended.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf on the baking sheet or press into the loaf pan.
