  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tbsp white apple vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the ditalini pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta with halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, diced bell pepper, finely diced red onion, and sliced black olives.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, Dijon mustard, sugar, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss gently to coat.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
