  • 1.5 lbs small potatoes (halved)
  • 1 large onion (diced)
  • 1 lb turkey sausage (sliced into rounds)
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning (divided)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Add halved potatoes to a large crock pot. Sprinkle with pepper and half of the Cajun seasoning.
  2. Place the stick of butter on top of the potatoes for added richness.
  3. Layer green beans and diced onion over the potatoes, sprinkling with remaining Cajun seasoning.
