  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Spray the inside of the crock pot with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a single layer at the bottom.
  3. Season with garlic powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and chicken broth; pour over chicken.
  5. Layer frozen vegetables on top.
  6. Sprinkle stuffing mix evenly over the mixture and gently press down.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until chicken is cooked through and stuffing is tender.
