  • 2 large eggs
  • 48 oz marinara sauce
  • 12 oz gluten-free penne pasta
  • 16 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Basil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Spray the slow cooker insert with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, eggs, basil, salt, pepper, and parmesan until well blended.
  3. Layer marinara sauce at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  4. Add a layer of gluten-free penne on top of the sauce.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the ricotta mixture onto the pasta layer.

  7. Repeat layers (sauce, pasta, ricotta mixture, mozzarella) until ingredients are used up.
