  • 8 ounces sliced cremini mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup white apple vinegar
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream

  5. Mix in heavy cream; return chicken to the pan and cook until fully cooked through (about 5 minutes), adjusting seasoning as necessary.
