  • ¼ cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan and line it with parchment paper.
  2. Mash the ripe bananas in a bowl and mix with melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla until combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese with granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
