  • 1 cup granulated sugar (½ cup granulated + ½ cup light brown sugar)
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease two 9×5-inch loaf pans.
  2. Prepare the cream cheese filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add egg and vanilla; mix well. Stir in flour and set aside.
