  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes (14.5 oz, undrained)
  • 4 cups Vegetable or Chicken Broth
  • 1 sprig Fresh Rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping the onions, carrots, celery, and mincing the garlic.
  2. In a large pot over medium heat, warm the olive oil. Add onions, carrots, celery, and garlic; cook for 5–7 minutes until softened.
