  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ⅓ cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, onion, garlic, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the prepared loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together ketchup, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard for the glaze. Spread half over the meatloaf.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes; spread remaining glaze on top and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
