  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 cups prepared mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup ketchup (divided)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, onion, garlic powder, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and half the ketchup until well combined.
  3. Press mixture into the baking dish evenly and spread remaining ketchup on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  4. Spread mashed potatoes over the meatloaf layer followed by shredded cheese and crumbled turkey bacon.
  5. Return to oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted.
