  • 1/3 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Extra 1/2 cup shredded coconut for coating

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until well combined into a sticky dough.
