  • 2 large croissants
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices cooked turkey bacon
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and whisk eggs in a bowl until fully combined. Pour into the skillet and cook until edges set, gently folding as needed.
