  • 12 oz. farfalle pasta noodles
  • 10 slices cooked turkey bacon, crumbled
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 2/3 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 heaping tbsp. mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
  • 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp. Italian dressing

Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente; drain and cool.
  2. Combine the quartered tomatoes and turkey bacon in a mixing bowl.
  3. Whisk together ranch dressing, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and Italian dressing until smooth.
  4. Add cooled pasta to the tomato-turkey bacon mixture; stir gently to combine.
  5. Mix in half of the dressing; chill for at least one hour.
  6. Before serving, fold in baby spinach and add remaining dressing.
