Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it well.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the melted butter, sugar, honey, milk, and vanilla until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
  5. In a small bowl, combine the nuts and spices.
  6. Fold the nut mixture into the batter gently.
  7. Spoon the batter into muffin tin cavities until two-thirds full.
  8. Bake for 18–20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Cool in the tin for five minutes before transferring to a wire rack and drizzle with honey while warm.
