  • ½ cup (120 ml) milk (room temperature)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and cinnamon to make the crumble topping. Stir in melted butter until clumps form.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and additional spices.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat together brown sugar, granulated sugar, and room temperature butter until fluffy. Add eggs, sour cream (or Greek yogurt), and vanilla extract; mix well.
  5. Gradually incorporate half of the dry mixture into the wet ingredients. Add milk and mix again before folding in remaining dry ingredients and diced apples.
